David Judah — Co-Founder & CEO
David Judah is co-founder and chief executive officer of Vision 2048, a global economic platform launching in 2026 that connects Jewish talent, capital and innovation to support Israel’s economy and the broader Jewish world.
Prior to co-founding Vision 2048, Judah spent seven years at leading global technology research and advisory firm, Gartner, where he held commercial leadership roles. During his tenure, he earned multiple promotions and twice received global distinction as the firm’s leading sales manager and leading account executive. He built and managed sales teams and advised executives at investment banks, private equity firms and technology companies on growth and go-to-market strategy.
He is currently the founder of Judah Growth Consulting, where he works with early-stage companies on commercial strategy, positioning and sales execution.
Judah previously served as youth chair of CHAI Cancer Care, the United Kingdom’s Jewish cancer charity.
He received his master’s degree in economic and social history from the University of Edinburgh and is completing his master’s degree in business administration from The Open University Business School.

Jake Maslavi — Co-Founder & COO
Jake Maslavi is co-founder and chief operating officer of Vision 2048, where he oversees operations, governance and platform development.
Prior to co-founding Vision 2048, he practiced law at Covington & Burling and Loeb & Loeb, advising on mergers and acquisitions, venture and growth-stage transactions and capital markets matters, including SPAC IPOs.
In addition to his work as an attorney, Maslavi co-founded and managed a real estate and creative-community venture, KreateHub, which created affordable office space for emerging artists, makers, technologists, and entrepreneurs. Maslavi oversaw acquisitions in the Bronx, Philadelphia, and Nashville, as well as renovations and partnerships with local governments to support artists and creators.
Throughout his career, he has been focused on building durable structures at the intersection of law, technology and community-driven economic development.
He serves on the board of the Iranian American Jewish Federation’s youth group.
He received his juris doctorate, cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He served on the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. He received his bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.

Justine Judah — Co-Founder & CMO
Justine Fern is co-founder and chief marketing officer of Vision 2048, where she leads brand, marketing and platform strategy for a global marketplace connecting Jewish talent, capital and innovation.
Prior to co-founding Vision 2048, she spent more than eight years in marketing and creative strategy development, communications, digital and social marketing, influencer partnerships and experiential product and brand launches. She has led global campaigns and brand initiatives for luxury and consumer companies including Gucci, Marc Jacobs, Burberry, Tiffany & Co., Calvin Klein, NARS, Sonos, Puig, and Constellation Brands.
She is the founder of J. Fern Collective, an independent consultancy advising brands and founders on positioning, storytelling and community-driven growth. In addition to her marketing work, she is an abstract artist, with projects including commissions and hospitality partnerships.
